Little Girl Mart has a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unhappy for any reason whatsoever, please know you will receive a full refund, minus original shipping.. Please notify us immediately of the problem, and the estimated return date and tracking information. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit your account within 7-10 days. We need to have it back to us with in 10 days.
If merchandise is not received within 10 days, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Because shipping is our main priority, please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.
Do you make any of your products? TOP
The products on our website are about 25% hand made. We make everything in the "boutique creations" category, and some assembly is required in various other categories.

Which service do you use for shipping, and what comes standard with my purchase? TOP
We use the USPS for shipping, and the standard service is Priority Mail, up to 5 pounds. Then we use Parcel post. You may pay extra, and have us use Priority Mail for your large heavy box, but it is up to you to notify us at time of purchase to do so. The best way is via checkout notes to seller, then we invoice you right away. We do not, I repeat do not ship overnight. We do not have the manpower to send one of off to the post office. If there is a MAJOR emergency, we may do so, at our convenience, and for an additional charge of $25. ALL OVERNIGHT POSTAGE MUST BE PRE-PAID IN ADVANCE OF SHIPMENT. International shipping
prices do not include customs fees or taxes that may be assessed by
other countries.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else? TOP
Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to perform exchanges. Please return anything you are not happy with, and we will refund the item back to you(see return policy). We have found that exchanges get lost, lack paperwork, and mess up our inventory. Only credits/refunds and then repurchasing is the option at this time.
